They have a strict point system so if your 1 min late after you’re suppose to clock in. I understand it’s a job but the job doesn’t have to make you feel like you can’t be human.

Which is fine but they lack human empathy. You could be on your death bed and they won’t care to be concerned at all. Some feel like they are on a high pedestal and look down on workers. Not speaking for all but some are a real pain. Makes time fly by on busy nights which is always good.
